DeQuan Lewis

Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, fun, and electric. My classes are dynamic and feel-good, so you can expect a fire playlist and to maximize your efforts while having fun! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice anything and everything, but we will always make our way back to House/EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee! and my guilty pleasure is espresso martinis and anything Bravo. My friends would say I’m loving, charismatic, and probably the funniest person they’ve ever met!
