Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, passionate, and relatable. My classes are stress-busting, and rewarding so you can expect a workout that is both fun and challenging! Leaving you feeling like a million bucks! My favorite day of the week is Sunday, Full Body, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM with a side of hip hop. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee, my guilty pleasure is pizza and ice cream, and my friends would say I’m loving and loyal and always living my best life.
