Get to know me
I’m 34, a civil engineer specializing in bridge construction. I have Portuguese roots but was born in Frankfurt. Since the age of 16, I have been involved in the fitness industry, where I eventually discovered my passion for being a group fitness instructor. I actively play beach soccer, participate in Hyrox events, and have a deep love for strength training.
The people who have the least always give the most and are happy doing so that inspires me.
