Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, challenging, and your biggest hype girl. My classes are high-energy and fun so you can expect to be pushed to your limits while remembering that training can actually be fun!. My favorite day of the week is Friday, and my playlist genre of choice is Hip Hop House.
On a personal note, I can’t live without naps and my guilty pleasure is binge watching reality TV. My friends would say I’m the fun-loving class clown that takes nothing too seriously except training.
