But don’t be fooled, the runs are challenging and the floor will leave you burning! I like to make sure my classes are achievable, yet consistently pushing you to grow and get stronger!
If you take class with me, expect BIG tunes, a workout that is going to push you and a couple of sneaky dance moves in between!
