Get to know me
Kansas born and raised, I grew up in the arts studying ballet and classical violin, and received a BFA in Musical Theater from the University of Cincinnati. A cancer survivor, I fell in love with fitness as a way to healthy living. I encourage my clients to “trade their comfort for change,” to step out of their comfort zone, and to physically push beyond their mental limitations. I offer a variety of music in my classes including hip-hop, Top 40, and feel-good throwbacks — either way, it’s a party. I couldn’t be more pumped to join the Barry’s family and help lead the greatest workout in the world.
