Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be descriptive, vibrant, and quirky. My classes are dynamic, and poppin’ so you can expect good music, clear direction, and to walk out the door with a smile on your face. My favorite day of the week is Tuesday, Full Body, Lower Body Focus, and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop and throwbacks.
On a personal note, I can’t live without a plane ticket to Hawaii, my guilty pleasure is Bachelor Mondays, and my friends would say I’m a fun-loving, compassionate, person who is passionate about teaching (in the Red Room and the classroom).
