Fitness has been a guiding force in my life ever since I was a teenager, and it became an obsession once I invested the time to understand how the body moves and functions. My educational background is in kinesiology, nutrition, and human health. I developed a desire to share this information with other people. Becoming an instructor at Barry’s afforded me the unique opportunity to share my passion for fitness with people every single day!!
