Astrid Lovise Sjøen

I started with handball at the age of 12, and soon developed my interest for sport. At the age of 16 I went to Haugesund Toppidretts Gymnas to be a better handball player. During these three years I also learnt a lot about general weightlifting and nutrition.

Later on I moved to Bergen to combine handball with further studies. One of my good friends introduced me to Barrys and I was sold after one class! A lot of energy in class, but also clear and simple.
