Three words to describe my teaching style would be ENERGETIC, FUN & INCLUSIVE. My classes are MOTIVATING & CHALLENGING, so my clients can expect to be challenged to do their best & crush their goals in a fun, welcoming environment. We are stronger together period. 🙂 My favorite day of the week is Monday ARMS AND ABS and my playlist genre of choice is remix/mashup of every genre but especially old school hip hop.

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee and my guilty pleasure is I have the worst sweet tooth ever! Also true crime documentaries! My friends would describe me as high energy, positive, fun, kind & considerate. According to my best friend. Ha! 🙂
