Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, positive and efficient. My classes are fun and effective so you can expect an accomplishing, challenging workout tailored to the best beats. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop and EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my dog, Rocco and my guilty pleasure is Pineapple Pizza and SpongeBob. My friends would describe my as loyal, caring, and, most importantly, sassy.
