Three words to describe my teaching style would be energizing, fun, and loud. My classes are lively and dynamic so you can expect to feel like you’re walking in and fly out sweating to a variety of fun music that leaves you feeling like you spent 50 minutes at the club at 6am on a Tuesday. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is house.

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dogs and my guilty pleasure is big beat drops and a post-workout cheeseburger. My friends would say I’m ready to have the best day ever, everyday!
