Three words to describe my teaching style would be inspiring, challenging, supportive. My classes are fun and uplifting so you can expect a kick-ass workout + a great time! My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is Pop remixes!

On a personal note, I can’t live without my dachshund, Wally and my guilty pleasure is ice cream, for sure! My friends would say I’m a tiny, energy ball who loves to make those around her happy!
