Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be positive, passionate, and playful. My classes are energetic and tough so you can expect a challenging, but fun workout full of mashups of your favorite songs. I make every class feel like a music festival. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM Mashups.
On a personal note, I can’t live without ordering from door dash when I’m bored and my guilty pleasure is sriracha hot sauce. My friends would say I’m someone who has always has fun and too much energy.
