Three words to describe my teaching style would be powerful, energetic, and fierce. My classes are dramatic and empowering, so you can expect an experience to clear your mind, live in your body, and share a few laughs. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is A little bit of EVERYTHING.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my cat, Monica! and my guilty pleasure is jelly beans and Ariana Grande. My friends would say I am the LIFE OF THE PARTY!
