Andrea Glaser

Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivational, high-energy, and authentic. My classes are bold and empowering, so you can expect a challenging programs, banging playlists, and massive beat drops.  My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is House/EDM.

On a personal note, I can’t live without Taco Bell and my guilty pleasure is Food Network shows. My friends would describe me as high energy and always on the move.
