Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be electric, motivating, and fast-paced. My classes are intense, so you can expect to feel like you’re at a non-stop rave. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, Chest, Back, and Abs, and my playlist genre of choice is EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without a seltzer (spiked or not…), my guilty pleasure is espresso martinis, and my friends would say I’m a little ball of feisty energy
