Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be strong, impactful, and energetic. My classes are fun and motivating so you can expect to be challenged to always be a better version of themselves in and after class. My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist genre of choice is Hip-Hop and Pop.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Cubby (my dog) and my guilty pleasure is Podcasts and Pizza. My friends would say I am unique, funny, and supportive .
