- What’s your favorite day of the week to teach
On Tuesdays, we get weird!
Leg day is the ultimate day of the week! It is my favorite to work out myself and my favorite to program! There is so much room for creativity and I enjoy pushing my clients to a place they never thought was possible – I feel so blessed to be a part of their growth. The fight for reps, the fight for using heavier weights, and the energy just hits different on Tuesday. Each week, it is my goal to make sure my clients walk out after the 50 minutes with noodle legs!
- How many celsius have you consumed in one day?
Three! It’s those crazy days that start early in the morning and go until the evening!
My schedule goes like this: I wake up and drink a non-carbonated grapefruit melon green tea. Then in the afternoon, the sun is shining, so I sip on that peach vibeeeee which carries me into the evening when you top it all off with the delicious guava kiwi.

- Why do you like Celsius?
I love it because it takes me from 0-100 real quick without a crash! I can drink them all throughout the day and the flavors are to die for, there isn’t one that I don’t like. Whether it’s Tuesday turn-up in my class, girls night in, or date night out – Celsius is my go to! #butfirstcelsius
