Three words to describe my teaching style would be hyped up and engaging. My classes are challenging and fun so you can expect to be pushed to your limit with support, encouragement, and killer beat drops. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday, Chest, Back, and Abs and my playlist genre of choice is EDM. 

On a personal note, I can’t live without coffee, my guilty pleasure is scrolling through Reels, and my friends would say I’m protective, supportive, encouraging, and thoughtful.
