Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be energetic, sassy, & dynamic. My classes are exciting and challenging, so you can expect a challenging program, 2000’s-2010’s hits, with anecdotes & singing from me for comedic relief. My favorite day of the week is Wednesday CHEST, BACK, ABS and my playlist is a mix of Y2K-2010’s Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, & EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without my breakfast and my guilty pleasures are sports & housewives. My friends would describe me as a ride or die bitch, loud, and falls often.
