Get to know me
Three words to describe my teaching style would be uplifting, zesty, and welcoming. My classes are empowering and high-spirited, so you can expect a great playlist, lots of energy, a challenging workout, and some food humor because…I’m not a snack, I’m Emile (A meal). My favorite day of the week is Thursday ABS AND ASS and my playlist is a mix of remixes, pop, dance, house…and anything Beyoncé.
On a personal note, I can’t live without food and my guilty pleasure is gummy candy specifically Haribo Sours. My friends would say that my energy is magnetic!
