I became a mom at an early age which presented me with significant challenges to overcome. I’ve always wanted to inspire others to overcome the challenges life throws at them, and it is that inspiration that I hope to bring to my classes. My playlists are an eclectic mix of high energy pop and hip hop remixes that will keep you moving and maybe even singing along. Positive reinforcement is the heartbeat of any class I teach.
