Three words to describe my teaching style would be motivating, challenging, and HYPED! My classes are a efficient and fun, so you can expect find your inner confidence and badass energy! My favorite day of the week is FRIDAYFull Body and my playlist genre of choice is hip hop and EDM.
On a personal note, I can’t live without music and my guilty pleasure is midday naps, coffee and pastries. My friends would say I am loyal, stubborn, caring and honest.
