Three words to describe my teaching style would be empowering, engaging, and inspiring. My classes are fun, dynamic & motivational, so you can expect an insanely fun and powerful life changing class. My favorite day of the week is Friday FULL BODY and my playlist genre of choice is top 40.
On a personal note, I can’t live without Jesus and my guilty pleasure is chocolate. My friends would describe me as silly/goofy, passionate. Dedicated to inspire & empower the world.
